Most Navy SEALs coming out of service describe the transition to civilian life as the most difficult challenge of their lives—think about that one. Having achieved the pinnacle of military success, they face struggles with mental health, obtaining the education they need and finding an entirely new career. But to a man they say the hardest part is adjusting to operating alone without their team.
